If you require priority 1 assistance (your production system cannot complete authorizations) during the maintenance window, please contact our after-hours hotline at +1-519-914-5281 (Option #2, then Option #1) \*AND\* send an email to support@delegopayments.com. Our after-hours support team will be notified immediately by logging your ticket by phone and periodically monitoring this email address for priority 1 issues only.
If you require priority 2-4 assistance, please log your ticket via the Help Desk after maintenance is completed and your issue will be addressed during regular business hours.
